Spas can be very affordable compared to locations such as Australia and offer the same or better services based on our experience.

Here’s the list of Thailand’s top spa retreats to help you with your research.

Chiva-Som Health Spa
This 5-star hotel in Hua Hin Thailand heads the list as one of the most luxury and exclusive spas in the world. While it is not the most affordable on the list by any measure, it is certainly the most luxury. Feel free to skip ahead if you are searching for cheaper options or are on a budget spa holiday.

Zabai Thai Massage & Spa
Chiang Mai is another great place for a retreat in Thailand and certainly a location to look into. While we don’t have much experience of this specific retreat it promises traditional Thai massages and a selection of spa treatments at affordable prices.

This spa retreat on Koh Phangan island is both affordable, friendly and provides excellent detox and spa treatements.

    the luxury and quality of service at he spa retreats in Thailand are better in my opinion than any where else in the world, it’s little wonder that Thailand is now the top place for a spa vacation – they know how to treat you!

    I went for a detox in Thailand last year nd was very impressed. The retreat I went to was in Phuket and actually is not on this list but it was very good and I came back feeling happier, healither and ready to get back into my work. Now I feel like it’s that time again…
